We are a non-profit, non-racial, non-religious and cultural welfare center, and the purpose of our center is to help the disadvantaged in society. Most of the vulnerable groups we help come from children who need special care, the disabled and some abandoned elderly people. Most of them come from dependent, poor or single-parent families.

We provide free accommodation here, three meals a day, and meticulous care and caring. We do everything we can to make them feel warm at home, and we shelter them from the wind and rain. At the same time, they will also be taught the ability of self-reliance and self-care, and will also prepare some equipment for physical therapy.

Now Xin Shan Le Welfare Center (Persatuan Kebajikan Kasih Sepenuh Hati Pulau Pinang) has 7 disabled children and elderly people in the center. Under our care, they have become more cheerful, self-reliant, self-confident and happier.

Here, I also hope that everyone can have good thoughts in their hearts, others are in trouble; give a hand; pull a hand, your love will shine a dark light for these children born with disabilities.

在我们这里无收费的提供住宿，三餐的温饱和无微不至的照顾和关怀。尽所能让他们感受到回家的温暖，我们为他们遮风挡雨。同时也定会教导他们自立和自理的能力，也会准备些为物理治疗的设备。

如今心善乐已有7位残障孩童与老人在中心，在我们照料下他们也开始变成开朗和自立自信开心多了。
